These pirates! HUGE team effort from the guys at Mindwalk Studios! I was in charge of texturing all of the pirates, however high res sculpting and lo poly modeling were headed by Chu Jiaqi, the character lead at Mindwalk Studios (art from him here - https://www.artstation.com/artist/chujason). These were all textured and baked with Substance Designer. We started with texturing one pirate, and were then able to take that graph and use it to texture the all the others.
